Project Brief:

Furnish all flats with a contemporary interior appealing to young professionals that will be easy to maintain and long lasting. Update Kitchen and Bathroom provisions to accommodate modern living standards.

Project Involvement:

RIBA work stages A-M

• Design inception, development, implementation, management, completion and post completion services.

Project Requirements:

• Survey site for interior design and specification purposes.
• Generate spatial design concepts addressing clients requirements, develop design in accordance with client’s needs and budget.Provision of full construction drawings including structural detailing and fit out detailing.Select the fixtures, fittings, furnishings and furniture required for the interior.
• Monitor and oversee the quality of works, along with the setting out of interior fixtures fittings and installations.
• Project management of all works from start to finish.
• Manage and oversee post completion tasks during 12 months defects period.
